Log in to your bc8 account and go to the "Profile" section, then select "Identity Verification". Upload a clear photo of your identity card (MyKad) or passport — both front and back. Ensure the images are not blurry, not cropped, and all information is legible. KYC verification is typically completed within 1 to 24 working hours. Once verified, you will receive a notification and your account limits will be automatically upgraded.

There are two ways to change your password. First, if you are still logged in: go to "Account Settings" then "Security" and click "Change Password". Enter your current password and your new password. Second, if you have forgotten your password: click "Forgot Password" on the login page, enter your registered phone number, verify with the OTP code received via SMS, and set a new password. The whole process takes less than 3 minutes.

An account may be suspended for several reasons: repeated failed login attempts, suspicious activity, or additional KYC verification requirements. The minimum deposit limit at BC8 is RM 20 for most payment methods. The maximum limit depends on the method selected and your account verification level. Accounts that have completed full KYC enjoy higher deposit limits. High-tier VIP members have more flexible deposit limits. Deposits via FPX, DuitNow, and e-wallets are typically processed instantly — funds arrive in your BC8 account in under 3 minutes. Deposits via manual bank transfer may take 5 to 30 minutes depending on the bank's processing time. If your deposit has not been credited after 30 minutes, contact customer support with proof of payment (a screenshot of your receipt) for an immediate review.

BC8 does not charge any processing fees for deposits. The full amount you deposit will be credited directly to your account balance. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges. We recommend checking your bank's or e-wallet's fee policy before making a deposit to avoid any surprises.

If a deposit fails, first check whether the amount was deducted from your bank account or e-wallet. To withdraw bonus funds, you must first fulfil the specified wagering requirements.

Wagering requirements, or rollover, refer to the specific amount you must wager before bonus funds can be withdrawn. For example, if you receive a RM 100 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement, you must place a total of RM 1,000 in wagers before the bonus can be converted into withdrawable cash. Yes, you can choose to opt out of any bonus when making a deposit. This option is available on the deposit page. If you have already received a bonus but wish to cancel it, you can submit a bonus cancellation request through customer support before placing any wagers using the bonus funds. Once a wager has been placed using bonus funds, cancellation can no longer be processed.

BC8's 5% weekly cashback is calculated based on your total net losses for the week (Monday to Sunday). Cashback is automatically credited to your account every Tuesday. There is no minimum loss threshold and no promo code required — all members qualify automatically. This cashback can be used directly for play or to fulfil wagering requirements with no additional conditions.
